ARES – EOC station at Lethbridge Regional Hospital

The station is set up as follows:

FT-897D HF/VHF/UHF radio
¼ Wave VHF/UHF Antenna
HF Dipole Antenna (NVIS Configuration) fed by LDG Auto-Tuner for 80-10m coverage.

Radio has been programmed for 146.88 (-.6) VE6CAM, 147.15 (+.6), and 7.055 (40m ARES Net ) and the auto-tuner has been pre-programmed and set for auto-tune on all HF bands.

There is also an standby TS-140s HF radio available as a back-up to the FT-897D. There is no back-up for VHF/UHF.
